Immersion with Mentor Texts, presented by Karen Briggs and DeeDee Ring (Family and Community Engagement, EGUSD) for grades TK-6.

  • By immersing students with mentor texts, we are inviting them to read like writers and write for readers. Immersion will help students develop an understanding of  particular text types and create a vision of how their own writing can be written.
